Hi, i'm prefer reading with my finger, but because of the touch it is impossible. Is it any way i can lock the touch or something?

Unfortunately not. Consider using a piece of paper and move it each line, as you go down. Or you could try and wear a piece of cloth on the tip of your reading-finger.

Could you not move your finger along the bezel rather than the screen?

Hmm, I did that too back when i was in highschool. I was able to outgrow that eventually. Just try. It becomes less inconvenient that way
