Rereading ebooks
Okay, you have a great collection of ebooks. You have a varied ebook collection, but despite this you find yourself rereading one book repeatedly.
What is that book? For me it's The Lord of the Rings. |

Rereading the same book and re-threading the same issue

I have four books I regularly reread or partially read in between other books:
It by Stephen King The Stand by Stephen King The Lord of the Rings by Tolkien The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett There are other books I occasionally reread, but these are my "go to" books when I haven't got anything else to read. |

I can reread The Stand and Salems Lot, along with almost anything Asimov wrote. I can also reread Dracula (but not Shelleys Frankenstein, oddly) and the Destroyer books by Murphy and Sapir.

My favorite books to read over and over are usually in the chick-lit genre. The movies I watch over and over fall in that category as well. I don't necessarily like those books/movies better, they are just re-readable and re-watchable because they are such fluffy brain candy.

The Dark Tower series by Stephen King. Have only been through it twice so far. Plan on re-reading again in about a year.

The Chronicles of Amber by Roger Zelazny I've re-read probably a dozen times, those are the only ones I've re-read with any frequency although there are others as well.
I think most of the time though I'd end up re-reading a book off of my book shelf simply because I did not have a new book lined up to read. With the eReader that is not a problem anymore as I can get a new book to read within minutes. |

I'm currently about halfway through the complete Sherlock Holms collection. I read them piecemeal about ten years ago whilst commuting by air between islands about ten years ago.
