Help Help Help
I downloaded Calibre but did not know what my Kindle' e-mail address was.
I continued with Calibre (no address added) Then somehow I managed to lose Tag Search - I mean completely not just temporarily. All other searches in list are still there. So I Uninstalled Calibre hoping to add my Kindle's e-mail address now I have got it. I reinstalled Calibre but it just reinstalled so I still have no Kindle e-mail address added. All my books have reappeared too. And worse still no Tag search. Any knowledgeable being out there to help an old not so old lady. |

You can change almost everything in Preferences: Hint: Sharing by e-mail Tag Search? The Tag Browser on the Left? Click the Lugage Tag at the bottom Right. or, did you mean a whole Tag section like Authors: Right click on any other selection. There should appear (if any are hidden) Show Category > Click and Select what to un-hide |

Thanks I got the tags back - it was the whole tag section - what you suggested worked beautifully. Hopefully this might help someone else who loses a tag section.
Tried to add the e-mail address of my Kindle but it is asking for the other e-mail address. I don't suppose it matters my Kindle's e-mail address not being put in as I didn't want to use Calibre to buy books or to even search for me. I am just so glad to get Tags back. Thank you again Last edited by KathNewt; 06-19-2012 at 11:56 AM. |
