My wife ordered on 8/15, I gave in 10 days later, and ordered mine on 8/25. I think both are slated for the 9/17 window, still no movement shown on the Amazon site. I don't expect to see any change before next Wed, but it would certainly be a nice surprise.

After 5PM here on the west coast and status is still the same. Hard to believe that I will receive it by Sept 1st. Amazing they can get it shipped and delivered all around the world but seem to be stuck getting it out on time in the USA!

The DHL guy rocked up this morning at 7am gosh I was still in my PJs. Mine was on "shipping soon" last thursday. Although, it probably took longer to deliver for me because im located in Australia. Hope you'll get yours soon

Wecome to Mobile Read! You are going to love it here. Be sure to check our "E-Books" section for tons of free books to download. For Kindle you need mobi downloads and I recommend and use Calibre for conversions and downloads for both Kindle and Ipad. Again free, but donations are gladly accepted.

Just wondering why did you guys order so late? I ordered mine July 29th and got it on August 27th.

Then again I accidentally payed for the fastest shiping and paid 10$ then I needed too. ooops.
