SONY PRS-700 MP3 ID3 Tag support

I have been exploring my new PRS-700 and as far as I can see, when playing MP3 files the reader displays the following:
ø Display cover art if there is any
ø Display "title" or "songname"
ø Display "artist"
ø Display "album"

..... and that's it!!!!

This is good as far as it goes, but I would have thought, given that this is a TEXT READER, that we might have an option to display the "comments" and maybe even the "lyrics".
Most PodCasts have a general preface of what the MP3 is about in either "comment" or "lyrics", so this would be a great addition!!!!!

Bye the way..... do SONY staff read these forums at all? Do they listen to our ideas? If not, do they have an email address where you can send suggestions like these?

The MP3 support on the Sony is primitive in the extreme, and dangerous to boot - it's all too easy to leave it playing inadvertently and drain the battery. Best not to use it. Even the cheapest of dedicated MP3 players is better.

No, Sony staff do not read this forum. This is purely a "user forum".

Yeah, I really wonder why the put an MP3 player in there. Or why it's implemented so poorly.

to give the option for audio books, and because the hardware to add a headphone jack and implement it is less than a dollar a unit.

but a $15 mp3 player you grab online is probably better. with better battery life
