Error communicating with device

Hi guys!

I've been using Calibre for quite a long time, everything perfect. Today, i found this error when tring to copy books to my device:

obviously a problem with that file, but i have no clue what to do, any ideas?

You need to either reformat the f: drive as FAT32 or delete some items from it.
