Jeff Vande Zande lives in Michigan and teaches writing at Delta College. His books include the novel Into the Desperate Country, the collection Emergency Stopping and Other Stories, and the collection Poems New, Used, and Rebuilds. His most recent novel, Landscape with Fragmented Figures, was published by Bottom Dog Press in 2009.
