I bought this, but was very disappointed to discover that it does not include any of the photographs. There's a notice to that effect at the beginning of the book.

If I'd paid full price, I would have asked for a refund on that basis, as this information was not disclosed prior to purchase.

That is disappointing. A couple of reviewers at B&N noted this but nothing at Amazon. They need to do a better job with this type of thing. I guess the size in kb could be a clue as it is 689 pages and only 1056 kb. It would be a lot more with all those photos.

I bought the hardcover of this book years ago. It indeed had all of the photographs that were available to be published at that time. Some of them were too authentic, but they did add to the read. I know what Catlady says about being disappointed that they were admitted from this version. Reading about the word "Pig" being put on the wall with blood and seeing it are two entirely different things.

A picture is worth a thousand words.
