I apologize if this was previously posted - I did try a search and couldn't find anything about it (but I'm not very web/forum savvy, so I might have messed up the search). (And, even if it was mentioned previously, it may be worth repeating!) At least one forum member is one of the authors of the book, so I thought it might have been mentioned in this forum before, but, again I couldn't find anything. Anyway, I just posted this in Sporadic's "Free (and very inexpensive) books" thread and figured I should post it here, too, for maximum info exposure!
