Those two hugging are likely in Israel. I contacted the Israel Tourist Bureau and indeed they do have a round 4 prong wall plug. I suspect the best thing is to pick an attachment up there.

Actually you would be better to pick one up before going as they don't need an adapter to their plug type so it may not be a common item to find there.
Check the Arc adapter and it will *likely* say "input 110-240V, 50-60Hz" in which case all you need is the adapter to be able to plug into the 4 prong outlet (most but not all electronics tend to be this way). Otherwise you need a TRANSFORMER to convert the power from 240V to 120V AND an ADAPTER to let you plug it into the 4 prong.

Thank You, I could not quite see the pictures on Stevov's replay above but what you say makes perfect sense (at last) so I will see if I can find the attachment, and yes the Kobo charger cord does support the voltage question.
