need advice please!

too many options confuse me. All I know is I want ebook reader. and what I ask for is:

a) readability, easy on eyes
b) just to read.(I don't need to be able to listen mp3 or watch movies)
c) support pdf (most of ebooks are available online in pdf right? or am i wrong?)
d) integrated englsih dictionary (I' still learning englsih, so this is a must for me)
e) basic useful features such as bookmark and highlights
f) no need of wifi
g) cheaper (it should be cheaper becase i am only asking for simple features)

anyone please give me some advice. is there anything else i need to have that is so useful? there are so many readers that all support different formats. how are these formats diffrent to one other? is pdf not enough?

thank you in advance

The PocketBook 301+ meets all your needs, except the PDF requirement and maybe the price. I have loaded PDFs on my PB 301+ and they load up and I can read them. Some formatting is lost and the flow of the words is not perfect on the screen. However, they are readable...it's just not as good as a regular computer screen. Ebooks in the RTF, TXT, epub, and PDB formats looks great. I think the going price for a new PB 301+ is $275. However, I saw one for sale in the Flea Market here at MobileRead for $175, I think.

It depends. Pirated, a large portion of "ebooks" are scanned PDFs of the original book. Now, legally, you're generally going to find ADE epubs for sale.
