I need to laugh
Hello fellow ebook readers. This is a great forum. I am looking for some mindless brain activity. I need to laugh and I am looking for something funny. I just finished the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich and am now reading The Spellman Files by Lisa Lutz. I am looking for something lighter and plain funny. Think Jeff Foxworthy, blue collar comedy, Readers Digest jokes, etc. I am not sure what I am looking for but I am thinking a stand up comedy show in a book. Light and fun.

We are reading Hitchhikers Guide for the book of the month club. Its more of a satire than straight comedy though.

Try Bill Bryson. His books are hilariously funny, and they're all available as eBooks.

Stanley Hastings series, somewhat hard boiled but hilarious Puzzleady series, more cozyish and lighter |
