Book download issue: E_ADEPT_URN_UUID_SYNTAX
Well, I had been buying books from the online store for a while and had not had any issues. Tried to buy/download a new one today and get the above error when I open the ACSM file in ADE. Has anyone run into this before? I looked around and it seems that this might be a EE license server issue rather than a problem with ADE.

I wonder if it has something to do with the re-registering issue? Did you need to re-register with enTourage recently? I know I did . . . . Had to put in my Adobe i.d. again, too. Fortunately, it did not make me go over my device limit with Adobe.

Hi,
I logged a ticket already - will also call them tomorrow. The thing is that I am not even trying to get the book on the EE - just opening it in Adobe Digital Editions is not working. It is an expensive book too and apparently only available in the EE store (even the Kindle version does not exist ). Well, I hope it works out. |
