Very interesting demo; I always knew that e-ink had a future... I staunchly defend my Kindle 3's pearl display, even though I haven't touched it since the day I brought home my Nook Color.

I was thinking the other day that video would be great for instructional books. I opened a knitting manual and even though it had pictures, some steps were unclear. But a knitting ebook with video - totally cool.
