Kindle DX US, 3G in france ?
I have bought a Kindle DX US and I leave in France (Paris). I enabled 3G wireless but I'm not able to capt any signals. I thought despite it was a US kindle, I will be able to connect to the Kindle Store with 3G wireless. Is it normal ?

It sounds as if you have the original Kindle DX, with a CDMA radio. This will only work in the US. The current Kindle DX, with a GSM radio, will work world-wide. You can of course still load books onto your Kindle manually.

You bought it 2nd hand, I assume? It's white, not the current "graphite" model?
