Can I remove this application?

Hi,

I am running out of application space on my PBIQ701. I took a look the Applications Manager and it appears that my biggest application is "BooksProvider" for 6.18MB. What is this?

To read books I use only FBReader, though I have left the original "LIbrary" applications 'just in case'. But in the application list I also see an app called "Bookshelf" which has the same icon as the "Library" application on my desktop and which is much smaller (334kb) than "BooksProvider".

So - my questions are:

a) what is "BookProvider", what does it do? Can I uninstall it without also oosing the "Library" application? if no, then

b) can I uninstall Library+Bookshelf+BooksProvider and just use FBreader as my local and network book reader?

Thanks,

Farhad

I don't remember the library apps but I deleted my bookprovider and bookshelf. I don't recall what bookprovider is ... could be one of those apps that get you to book related website.

Cheers
