Fitness-Gadgets: Nutzt ihr so was?

Nachdem hier viele mobile Reader auch in anderen Bereichen gerne neue Geräte ausprobieren, würde mich interessieren, ob der ein oder andere Besitzer eines fitbit, striiv play, bodybugg, ActiveLink, Nike FuelBand usw. ist.

Für alle, die jetzt überhaupt nicht wissen, wovon ich spreche: Das sind alles Nachfolger des guten alten Schrittzählers mit dem Ziel, seinen Alltag aktiver zu gestalten, indem man Schritte und Stockwerke sammelt. Die Geräte kommen i.d.R. inkl. Anbindung an eine Onlinecommunity, twitter, FB etc. und Smart Phone App. Meistens gibt es ein Schrittziel, z.B. 10.000 Schritte pro Tag, dabei kann man sich mit anderen vergleichen, Kalorienverbrauch ermitteln, erhält Auszeichnungen für neue Strecken- und Stockwerk-Rekorde usw. Beim striiv play gibt es außerdem eine Game App (da gibt es dann Punkte oder Taler für Schritte und man kann das Spiel ausbauen). bodybugg hat seinen Fokus eher auf Kalorienverbrauch / Abnehmen und das Nike FuelBand kommt in Form eines Armbands und ist von den genannten rein optisch wohl am "coolsten", dafür aber auch mit Abstand am teuersten.

Generell fallen alle meines Erachtens in die Kategorie fun fitnes gadgets, also Motivatoren mit Spaßfaktor, aber keine "richtigen" Sportgeräte. Ich habe seit Anfang Januar einen fitbit, weil im Freundes- und Verwandtenkreis auch ein paar fitbits unterwegs sind und man quasi zusammen sporteln und sich gegenseitig Konkurrenz machen kann. Ist bisher ganz lustig.

Ich habe seit Oktober einen fitbit und bin sehr happy damit. Ich war immer aktiv, aber jetzt noch mehr da ich ehrgeizig bin und in den top ten meiner Freundesgruppe (ein bisschen mehr als 50 Personen) unbedingt bleiben will. Ich laufe dadurch mind 10k pro Tag, jeden Tag.

Ich mache es genauso auch. Die Schlaftackfunktion habe ich zwar ab und zu an, aber es sagt mir nichts neues. Das wecken finde ich sehr angenehm, und superman, der 1 Stunde später als ich minimum aufsteht, auch (er wird nicht mehr mit-geweckt)

Ja, dass nicht alle gleich mitgeweckt werden, finde ich auch sehr angenehm.

Bisher nur die fitbit-App, weil ich Spaß-Sport und "Ernst-Sport" trennen wollte (wobei ich keine Ahnung habe, ob das überhaupt sinnvoll ist Sport ist Mord Sport eigentlich....)

Nein, kein Pro-Account. Ich weiß nicht, ob das für mich Sinn machen würde. Ich nutze hin und wieder die Trainingspläne von runkeeper. Ich denke, das reicht mir.
