Menu button not working at all

Hi,

I am new to this forum and tried to get a confirmation on a supposed bug in the German forum, but as I did not get a response yet I try it here again.

The menu button of my brand new PB903 seems not to work at all. Whatever key I associate it with, nothing happens (and it should call the context menu by default). So I suspect that the button (the second on the upper switch on the right edge) might be broken. Can anyone confirm that this button is actually working properly?

I hope this is the right place to ask...

Mine works fine. If it is broken, then you should send it to get it fixed or replaced. Unless you want to wait and see if there is anything else that is wrong with the device.

every one of the buttons on my PB903 work, too (both with short and long presses, and double press for the power button).

Ok, then it must be broken! Which is really a shame. It is supposed to be a totally new device!

Well I guess it IS a totally new device. Please get it checked at our support center in Nürnberg. Return it and don't forget to include your warranty card, your address and your bank account (we pay back the shipping cost) and a small message with your grievanes. The repaired or replaced device will be back with you in no time. I apologize for your problems.
