Interesting and Exotic Recipes!

Hey, so being an external student in a foreign country I have a lot of time (and a lot of inspiration) to cook new and interesting recipes. Always on the look out for something to tantalize my taste buds.

It'd be great if we could exchange some great recipes and cooking ideas!

This week I made Spicy Citrus Black Beans!

and another favourite is Indiad Parathas! It's a type of stuffed flat bread and its surprisingly easy although time consuming.
