Cant see Store from the Music page

Hi there! Im looking for some help with my mums Kindle Fire HD. When I open up the music tab, along the top I see: Playlists, Artists, Albums, Songs and Genres. But I dont see the Store link that should be on the top right-hand corner.

According to the "Kindle Fire HD for Dummies" book she bought, it should be there....

Any thoughts on this? Is it a setting that needs to be turned on? Im not familiar with the Kindle and thought reaching out on a forum filled with experts would be a big help.

There are two title lines at the top of the Music pane. You are looking at the second line. The first line is Music - Cloud - Device - Store >.

If you cannot see the first line, swipe down and see if it shows up. If not, first do a reset by holding the Power button down for 60 seconds. If it still does not show up, call Amazon Customer Support.

Thank you! I dont see that first line at all. All it says is Music. On the apps page I see the cloud/ device store bit, but not on the music page.

Does it make a difference that its been purchased in Canada? I wouldnt think so, but still =)

Also, If i hold the power button for 60 seconds, will it reset the entire Kindle? I dont want to have to set it all back up for my Mum.

No, all your apps and setups will be there if you hold the power button for 60 seconds. To eliminate everything, a Device Reset would have to be done from the More / Settings / Device page.

You could try that as well before calling Amazon CS.
