Yeah. Doing that method, it would be easy to mount a Raspi into a keyboard for an all in one.

For the record: I'm typing this with external keyboard on Nook Simple Touch with dvorak layout, posting by wifi using Opera Mobile Browser.

My reconditioned Nook's battery sucked from the beginning, so this is a bit of an issue. Buy a new Nook! Yes, I use Jota text-editor. Great. Even got arrow keys to work with shortcut options (though another guy at xda is working on this to make them and other dead keys native). Yes, the eWriting, including editing, is exactly what I expected it to be. While the mechanics could be smoother (having to turn a USB port on and off is a little odd, right?), I couldn't be more pleased with just the writing itself. |

On a related note, obviously, the project has shrunk from my original vision. What can I say. Life and priorities change. It's still part of my long term plan. I hope what we have managed to get done is enough for those who also really want to type on E-Paper. |

Maybe this works for the twentysomethings pictured, but I am in my 50's and I have zero desire to spend my day typing on a device with a display that is smaller than the one in my cellphone. Put it in a standard laptop form-factor and give it at least a 12" screen and I would be very interested.
