Why did it do that?
I've been working on this book for weeks, with Clean and format HTML turned off. It's been working fine, leaving my code alone. I did a replace, which I've been doing all along without a problem, and it went through 20 files (400KB+) and removed every blank line!

Searched 'usualluy', replaced 'usually.' All html files. Replaced three instances.

Did it remove empty lines in the text or just in the codeview? If it is the latter, don't worry about it.

People really like to fight the whole pretty-print thing tooth and nail, huh?

It only removed them from the code, but they were there for a reason. I do not like any editor that presumes to change what I've typed, unless I've asked it to. As for pretty-print, my code was prettier before that thing screwed it all up.
Way back in the old days, when memory was really tight and everybody coded in Basic, magazines would print code without any spaces or line breaks. That's about what my files look like now. |

Yeah, I remember those old days, too. Went to college during 'em to study computers. Glad they're gone, memory is dirt-cheap, and PCs come with hard-drives now.

There is a bug in 0.6.0 (corrected for 0.6.1) which does pretty printing after a replace in all files.

How does one turn off format HTML in .0.6.0?
