Jinke v9 available outside China?

I recently saw the specs for the upcoming v9, and for me, it's the perfect device. Anyone know if it's going to be available outside of China?

Hate to reply to my own post, but it looks like I didn't search hard enough. There's a few v9 posts in the Hanlin group.
