I think that B&N is very wise to get the Nook Color out of the 'sandbox' and have an outstanding platform. It makes sense when your market share is 4% and you want to gain ground. Thanks Rayven01 and Scion for getting this out there.

I haven't looked at the source myself, but that is almost always the case: they provide source for the components whose license require them to provide source.
