Instapaper folders and Calibre

Those of you using Instapaper are probably aware that it now has folder functionality. Is there anyway to bring this into Calibre's Instapaper recipe, so that the 'Instapaper' ebook created by Calibre will show a 'toc' that is really a list of folders, instead of a toc that is a list of articles?

That way one can have dozens of articles on a wide variety of topics in Instapaper, and still be able to access them easily.

On further thought, a better alternative (no idea on feasibility) would be to create a custom recipe that accessed your Instapaper account and fetched only the articles in Folder A, etc. So you'd have a recipe for each Instapaper folder, and these could be organized using the e-reader (e.g., the collections feature in Sony readers). That way you don't end up with a large 'instapaper' ebook with lots of articles on unrelated topics.

Just an FYI.

Custom recipe questions usually get a lot more attention and a thorough discussion in the Custom recipe sticky thread. All the experts are already subscribed to that thread.

Could you please post a link to your post in that thread. It is hard to find otherwise. Did you get any response?

No response, as far as I'm aware, but I haven't signed into MR in a while.
