The online books page

I believe this links hasn't been listed yet in this forum.
It calls itself "the online books page", and apparently is hosted in the University of Pennsylvania. It is rather a portal, or an index (is a portal the same as an index?), to find books somewhere else.
Personally I haven't found much there, but that's not a reason to keep the link for myself:
