Calibre does not remember its settings...

Hello,

Whenever I run Calibre, it asks me what language to use, what directory to use and what is my ereader. It's as if it forgot its configuration. Someone has an idea how to fix it?
Calibre version 0.7.16.
My OS is Crunchbang (Debian Squeeze).

this was a bug in the initial 0.7.16 build. re-install and you should be fine.
