No, people are expressing their disappointment on the B&N site.

Does anyone know why BN chose not to support this format on the NC? Luckily most of my Fictionwise purchases are EPUB or multi-format. And I rarely visit Fictionwise anymore after the Agency 5 price implementation. However, I am curious. I can understand why many people are upset.

Would they work using the ereader android app on a rooted nook color?

I can confirm that the eReader android app (only one I could was a beta version after doing a google search) does work on the (nootered) Nook Color. Logged onto fictionwise and downloaded one of my books from the bookshelf. Entered my cc info and book opended. pages turns are a little slow; couldn't quickly find how to change the margins (they were a little too small).

I only had 2 books on my bookshelf - so I don't think I'll keep the reader installed long.

Maybe they'll offer the app in their store.
