location of hunspell_dictionaries folder (linux)
Hi
One of the great qualities of Sigil is the so convenient use of its hunspell spell-checker dictionary. I just had a look on the several hunspell_dictionaries folders I found on my Linux. Here they are: ~/.local/share/sigil-ebook/sigil/ ~/.local/share/data/sigil-ebook/sigil/ ~/.local/share/data/Strahinja Markovic/sigil/ (OK an old one) ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Sigil/ /usr/local/share/sigil/ of course, I also have /usr/share/hunspell I will make a -late- spring cleaning. What's the one to keep for 0.7.3? |

If you used my binary package for installation, the Sigil-included hunspell dictionaries are installed in:
/usr/local/share/sigil/hunspell_dictionaries Any personal user-added hunspell-type dictionaries will be in: ~/.local/share/sigil-ebook/sigil/hunspell_dictionaries ('Edit'-> 'Preferences'-> 'Open Preferences Location') Should be the same for any build of 0.7.x where the default install directory wasn't altered.
