PB360 - FBReader question

I am waiting for my first e book reader. My PocketBook 360 will be here on Monday (YAY!!)
So I already downloaded some fonts, themes and logos. I would also like to install the FBReader with page breaks & wrist pageturn, but that one get me confused. I read all 15 pages of that tread at the top, but that just confused me. It seams that there are two FBReaders and each with several versions. The easiest would be to choose one and get the latest version, but that also doesn't work since the latest version might not be intended for public use.
So as you can see I am completely confused and would appreciate some help.

Copy fbreader.app to the
X:\system\bin directory you see when you connect the device to the PC.
X: will be something like E: or F: or whatever, depending on how many drive letters are already occupied on your machine.

If you want to use both versions (the built-in and the new), or even three versions, come back for more instructions.

What would be the advantage of using several versions? And, yes I would like more instructions. Always ready to learn.

Well,
- you might want to have a backup if you are away from the PC and you discover a flaw in the newest FBReader, so you could switch to old and well working one.
- you might want to compare features of several FBReader versions without connecting reader to PC constantly
- when I was betatesting the newest firmware I tried most of the operations in several versions of fbreader. When I found something that behaved strangely I wanted to see if it is the same in other versions
- because now we can use several versions

In day-to-day reading I tend to use the same version - usually the newest working one. It is only when there is problem, or when I am betatesting, or trying to help somebody here I switch to different version temporarily.


To install several versions you need to create file called extensions.cfg.

Some of the tips are outdated (stuff implemented directly in the new fbreader) but you can still learn a lot
