"Sync Reader" error
I've successfully updated my eBook Library software to 2.2 and my PRS-505 firmware to 1.1. However, when I plug my Reader into the USB port, an item comes up in the Status menu: "Sync Reader" and the status is listed as: "Completed - transferred 0 of 1 files" and keeps my Reader in the "Do not disconnect" mode. If I close out the Library, it goes back to "USB connected" but usually requires a soft reset to pull it out of the refresh mode.
Any ideas? I tried searching around but couldn't see anything like this. Thank you! |

I find that auto sync isn't worth the hassle. Could it be that you've moved the content that you've set to auto sync?

I had a similar problem. My Microsoft Word was obsolete. I had to update it.
