Annoying Variable Font Size

I having a tremendous amount of fun with BookDesigner! But I have another annoying "nit" about which I could use help from forum members. The problem is this: After I move a book to the Reader, I've noticed that title entries in the top-level book listing and the chapter entries for some of the books differ in font point size. That is, some entries are larger -- in both places -- than others. Has anyone encountered this problem? And, if so, can you tell what I'm probably doing wrong?

This is a "feature" of the Sony Reader. I found it really annoying. There is a hack for the 500 to fix it, but there is no way to fix it on the 505 yet. Look here:

It's because the system will shrink the font size to try and make it fit in the available space, so long titles use a smaller font than short ones.
