how to disable touch screen?

is it possible to disable the touch screen when reading? I find touch screen inconvenient because I must hold the reader on the edge and the touch screen don't really serve any purpose.

No way to disable the touch screen. One way to help is to make sure you are using a cover as that makes it easier to hold the T1. A light cover makes it even easier then the non-light cover.
