Bluetooth Interface for Marvin?

Hi, just wondering if there is any bluetooth interface for Marvin (turning pages by clicking on a bluetooth device). Is this possible (please)?

No such luck. You saw the original thread and that's about as far as it went (research). Kris never implemented it.

You can try adding it to the Marvin Issue Tracker but I think Kris has largely added the user-requested features he's planning on doing. He's been saying he has "plans" for Marvin 3.0 but is not committing to any timeframe or feature set.

He's said in the past that he felt Marvin's code base got away from him because he added so many user-requests that he'd kind of coded himself into a corner. It's one reason why he switched to Gerty and I suspect it's why he no longer participates here.

Marvin 3.0, if it comes, will probably gain vertical scrolling and a new layout engine but anything else will be gravy. You can try asking on his Twitter but he's very non-committal on Marvin-related questions other than "it's still supported".

Considering his blog no longer lists Marvin as a tag, though, I'm not holding my breath. He's pretty responsive about Sift, his email sorting app, though.

Gerty has a long way to go before it can unseat Marvin, especially when it comes to annotations/highlights (though I don't like it's a one-way ticket in Marvin it's better than zero).
