Question marks being added after letters that have French accents, how do I fix this?
Hey guys.
I'm reading a book with lots of french words and the ones that have accented letters view with a question mark attached. For example, cafés will turn into café?s. This behaviour does not exhibit itself using Calibre's reader, but does in the Sony Ebook software's reader. I don't really know what's up. The source file is an RTF and I have converted it to LRF. The RTF displays the letters properly in the viewer and the LRF does not. I have not yet tried the RTF on the Sony PRS 505 itself yet, but I'm sure the result will be consistent. Help me out, and thanks in advance. |

Did you convert using calibre? If so, post this under the calibre forum so Kovid can see it.
