Linux based HTML to LRF converter?

Is there a tiered html (ie, TOC -> individual chapters as seperate files) to LRF command line based converter for linux? I'd prefer a non-java solution if one is available... Thanks!

I don't think that there is any available at the moment, but someone was attempting to build one based on pylrs.

hmm, esperanc already released htmlbbeb yesterday, which will do this task -- I don't know how good it is, however.
