Calibre interface??

What was the last version of Calibre for Windows that had the interface with rtf2lrf as a command line program with that detailed set of switches? I have tried several versions of 0.6 and have ripped them out because I do not like the GUI and do not really understand the ebook-convert command. Each time I have returned to 0.4.117, but I was wondering if there was a later version with a similar user interface. I found the archive at

http://www.utterlyinsane.org/calibre/

but I am not sure just what I want to download and install.

Thanks for any pointers.
