Impression i7 Android tablet
Hi there, got an Android tablet back in December, calibre doesn't recognize it. Not a huge issue, I can copy books manually, but it would be much simpler if I could just transfer them. Here's the debug output for it:
Code:
Version: 0.8.42 USB devices on system: [u'usb\\root_hub&vid1002&pid4397&rev0000', u'usb\\root_hub&vid1002&pid4397&rev0000', u'usb\\root_hub&vid1002&pid4399&rev0000', u'usb\\root_hub&vid1002&pid4397&rev0000', u'usb\\root_hub20&vid1002&pid4396&rev0000', u'usb\\root_hub20&vid1002&pid4396&rev0000', u'usb\\root_hub20&vid1002&pid4396&rev0000', u'usb\\vid_045e&pid_00dd&rev_0173', u'usb\\vid_045e&pid_00dd&rev_0173&mi_00', u'usb\\vid_045e&pid_00dd&rev_0173&mi_01', u'usb\\vid_046d&pid_0825&rev_0010', u'usb\\vid_046d&pid_0825&rev_0010&mi_00', u'usb\\vid_046d&pid_0825&rev_0010&mi_02', u'usb\\vid_046d&pid_c52f&rev_2200', u'usb\\vid_046d&pid_c52f&rev_2200&mi_00', u'usb\\vid_046d&pid_c52f&rev_2200&mi_01', u'usb\\vid_04a9&pid_1746&rev_0003', u'usb\\vid_04a9&pid_1746&rev_0003&mi_00', u'usb\\vid_04a9&pid_1746&rev_0003&mi_01', u'usb\\vid_18d1&pid_1fd7&rev_0226'] Drives detected: (0) I:\ ~ \\?\STORAGE#VOLUME#_??_USBSTOR#DISK&VEN_<NULL>&PROD_<NULL>&REV_0000#INFOTMIC-MID&0#{53F56307-B6BF-11D0-94F2-00A0C91EFB8B}#{53F5630D-B6BF-11D0-94F2-00A0C91EFB8B} Available plugins: ADAM ALEX ALURATEK_COLOR ANDROID ARCHOS7O AVANT AZBOOKA BAMBOOK BLACKBERRY BOEYE_BDX BOEYE_BEX BOOQ BOOX COBY COOL_ER CYBOOK DBOOK E52 E71X EB511 EB600 EBK52 ECLICTO EDGE EEEREADER ELONEX ESLICK EX124G FOLDER_DEVICE_FOR_CONFIG GEMEI GER2 HANLINV3 HANLINV5 ILIAD INVESBOOK IPAPYRUS IREXDR1000 IREXDR800 IRIVER_STORY ITALICA ITUNES JETBOOK JETBOOK_MINI KINDLE KINDLE2 KINDLE_DX KINDLE_FIRE KOBO LIBREAIR LUMIREAD MENTOR MIBUK MOOVYBOOK N516 N770 N810 NEWSMY NEXTBOOK NOOK NOOK_COLOR NUUT2 ODYSSEY ORIZON PALMPRE PDNOVEL PDNOVEL_KOBO PI2 PICO PLAYBOOK POCKETBOOK301 POCKETBOOK360 POCKETBOOK360P POCKETBOOK602 POCKETBOOK701 PRS505 PRST1 README S60 SHINEBOOK SNE SOVOS SPECTRA STASH SUNSTECH_EB700 SWEEX TECLAST_K3 THEBOOK TREKSTOR USER_DEFINED VELOCITYMICRO WEBOS WEXLER Looking for devices... You are going to have to continue your old way
(If you noticed: Vend and Prod are <null> Sloppy on their part ) |

Never tried that, would I have to set it every time I connected? Also, since I use Kindle for Android now, is there any way to set the default "Save to disk" to .mobi instead of .epub? Thanks!

If you use the Right-click option on the STD Icon, you can choose a Single format. Unfortunately for you, this does not set a default.

Grrr. OK, thanks anyway. Guess I'll just have to keep manually selecting the format. Not a huge deal, I just prefer being lazy.

You can change the "preferred output format" in Preferences -> Behavior.

YES! Thank you. Now just need to set my preferred conversion options, and I can go back to being uber-lazy.
*edit* Ah, hah! Setting the default output format set the conversions, too! Yes! Last edited by ymerejo42; 03-14-2012 at 12:37 PM. |
