Links are not working in epub for ipad
......am I the only one that has problems using calibre formatted epub books for the iPad? None of my links work......if I click on one it just takes me to the main menu? I am using the latest version of stanza and calibre.

I've just tested a couple of my ePub books and the hyperlinks work just fine. That's in iBooks.
