Question How to merge the file if there is error

Hi,

I was trying to merge my note from the writepad. But one of the lecture notes weh n itry to merge it, it prompt that: "the system cannot find the file specified?Error at page 3"

What should I do?

I try to open that file before merge on the reader, it shows up fine.

Just check it still opens okay on the reader, especially page 3?

If it works okay there, you could copy both the metadata.db file and the writepad you are trying to merge to a folder on the PC and run the companion software. (The metadata.db file will be in the same folder as the file you were writing to)

Then, choose the folder you've just copied the files to and try a merge. Else it sounds like the metadata file has got corrupted.

regards
