converting from HTM to ePUb - can't get TOC right
I'm converting from htm file and using HEADING 1 tags for all of my chapter titles, but when I convert to ePUB (this is weird) only TWO of the chapters show up in the TOC. What the heck? I've even tried copy pasting those chapters to other parts of the book to be sure that they are the same but to no avail. any thoughts on this strange predicament? thanks!
