Calibre problem, Please help!

First of all this is my first post on this site, so hello

Ok so my problem is that I have downloaded books and am trying to convert them too put on my E-Reader.

I have highlighted the e-book in my library and clicked 'Convert E-Books' and went through that process.

The problem comes after this when I click on 'Send To Device.' At this point I get a pop-up window that says:

ERROR: ERROR: Unhandled Exception
Attribute Error: 'Nonetype' object has no attribute 'Settings'

Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Thank you for your help,
Darleo

Need more input...

What type of device is it?

What eBook format did you convert from/to?

Did you verify the converted eBook actually exists?

What version of Calibre?

What computer O/S are you using? Mac, Win, Linux (distribution) and 32 or 64 bit version?
