If they wanted they could offer both 13" e-ink and Liquavista reflective LCD next year, but that won't happen.

Maybe there'll be Pocketbook's 13" e-ink finally available next spring for a half the price of DPT-S1 but I wouldn't bet on it.

I hope to see some good 8" e-ink with light and pen or at least good pdf annotation capabilities next year and Plastic Logic's big e-ink screens at affordable prices winter 2016 or finally some 10-12" reflective color LCD summer 2016 .

They will release it the moment some other company release it in quantities considerable enough and price low enough to really change something in textbook/pdf devices market, no matter e-ink or reflective color lcd, regrettably that probably means no earlier than summer 2016.

Device/epaper that big is not an e-Reader, it is a document management tool.
Generally the most paper waste is being generated in the offices. Thousands of reams and tons of ink right now.

Bookshops are closing down, people read less.
Perhaps change your signature: "Save a Tree Buy an Digital Paper!
But I would address this somewhere else not here - to governments, businesses, law firms, medical institutions, musicians etc.
