newbie - PocketBook IQ 701
Hi everyone
I'm very excited - By midweek, I should receive my new PocketBook IQ 701. Can someone let me know if I'm in the right place for posting, information and assistance when it comes to the PocketBook IQ 701? I see under this PocketBook forum: "Includes the PocketBook 301, 302 and 360"

 Welcome, judet! Yup, this is the place for all questions about the 701! The name of the forum hasn't been updated to reflect any of the new models, but this is the forum for all Pocketbook readers. There is also an Android forum for questions that are more specific to Android than to the 701. Read through the threads here, and the stickies at the top of the forum--there's a lot of information here.

Thanks for your note. Before I purchased the IQ I looked through this forum. I agree with you, I've found so much helpful information. I actually asked Tatiana from E-READERS PLUS LLC to upgrade the firmware to the latest before shipping it to me in Oz. She has been so helpful. How are you enjoying your IQ? |

Greetings to all,
I am about to order 2X IQ 701 from ebay. I have had some awful experiences on ebay re MP4 players and ebook readers mainly vendors not knowing what they're selling . So I'm nervous about committing to the expense (3rd time lucky?). Can anyone tell me why the home site says $139.99 yet all the on line range from 159-200 am I missing something? anyone know the local ebook reading approx battery charge life? Examinator |

Last night I placed the order for two at $149 each from their staten Island branch. Now for a 3week wait for them to arrive (Australia, by normal mail). Meanwhile the Kobo is getting a thrashing. examinator. |

I ordered the units from Bookmazecity 1122 Coney Island ave Brooklyn, NY 11230 Contact Number: 718-434-4390 FAX: 888-686-4567 Business hours: 10PM - 8PM Eastern time www.bookmazecity.com There was extra for freight ($49 snail mail to Aus for both or $89 express) Their freight was cheaper that the home site where the units were $139 + $50 each. They dispatched next day I am tracking the parcel to me currently I expect them next week Aust Post is remotely on the ball.
