Request: In TOC editing drag to select multiple items.

Hello, this function would be quite helpful (both in the solo edit TOC and the full editor version of the TOC editor) for organizing a big TOC with many subheading-generated items. At the moment I have to select one by one which is tricky and time-consuming in a document like shown in the image. A space on the left or right side that would drag to select multiple instead of picking up an individual item would be sooo helpful.

You can use standard Ctrl and Shift combinations to select multiple items.

Just be careful to only drag from the TOPMOST item or you will flip the order and there is no easy undo (other than Abort)
2,3,4,5 becomes 5,4,3,2 Done this so many times trying to nest chapters into 'Part n'
