And it gets even weirder....
DENVER - It was a letter sent from an inmate in cell 4A-201-18L. He wrote his name as Sean Smith. But authorities think the inmate was really Brandon Darnell Smith, the man accused of ripping off the pinky finger of a shopper at Cherry Creek Shopping Center in April as he stole a bag containing a new iPad.

The writer of the letter made his message clear: he wanted the victim of that crime to be killed. .....

Really!? I mean really!? He didn't think anyone would read the letter before it got delivered? He deserves to be in jail and to stay there, unless they let him go and let Darwin take over.
