Would you trade in your DX for a .....

How many of you would be prepared to trade in your DX for an iRex Iliad Digital Reader DR1000s?

Unless Amazon sorted out a decent folder system and better PDF display/navigation I certainly am tempted.

Also, can you think of any other comparable eBook reader that could tempt you into trading in your DX?

I love the DX for reading around the house, but want something larger than the 505 but smaller than the DX for travel. Why not both????

On the other hand, why is it so hard for Amazon to include folders in their software? It is just crazy and inefficient.

I have to admit that the DX's handling of PDF's is very disappointing.

I thought about that but I cant justify spending that kind of money for 2 readers so I can have a dedicated home reader and a portable one... so for me it is the portable one that I will keep

I love my DX. Tried to go back to using my PRS 505 the other night but I missed the DX. Carried it with me in a shoulder pouch everywhere I sent on recent vacation. Would not swap it for folders but I would if I could have basically the same device with better contrast and PDF/EPUB support.

If Sony, or someone else, comes out with a well-made, well-designed 10" device, with touch screen (and on-screen keyboard), dictionary and full PDF support, out goes the DX.

The last thing I want to do is to buy a new reader in every 6 months.
