Interactive Fiction / Text Games (via web)?
So my Kindle has arrived and is wrapped under the tree, but was wondering if anyone with their Kindle has looked at things like Choose Your Own Adventure type books (interactive fiction) or slightly more interactive games ala Zork (via web interfaces)?

You do know that using the EVDO interface will seriously drain the battery right?

Yes, I'm aware of that fact...though even with moderate browsing it seems that the kindle battery would last a sufficient amount of time for online-based interactivity.
Also, Choose Your Own Adventure type books need not be online, they could be packaged documents read offline as well. |

Check this out... many z-code (infocom engine) games are playable online on here. It works pretty well on kindle with the default mode, although there's no spacing between the text lines. Try the competition games - many are wonderful.
