Is target still selling Iriver ?
I am from Canada and will be crossing the border in June (shopping). I wanted to stop by Target to buy an iriver.

Is target still selling Iriver ?

Unfortunately they are gone. Try eBay. $60-$70 should get you a new in the box. Still a good deal.

In the US maybe. Although you can probably still order it online if you go to irivers homepage? At least there's a link to a store there but when I try to open it it says "You have been denied access to the Iriverinc Online Store on the basis of your IP Address (217.229.x.y) and IP Address Country (Germany).".

It's still being sold normally outside US.

The iriverinc (united states) online store has them for $99.

They also have a long list of "where to buy" locations, but none of them carry anything iriver branded other than batteries for different iriver devices.

They sell it on US, they have a US website and inside there's an E-store.
They sell to US and Canada. But Canada has no warranty. I am not saying that they will, but i feel uncertain, that if "luckily" i got a defective one, then I can't exchange or anything. I rather they still give me US warranty even if I live in Canada. So they pay more attendtion in caring Canadian inventory.

Maybe, The prices do seem to be creeping up in the last few weeks. Here's a buy now for $74.99 + shipping. http://www.ebay.com/itm/iRiver-Story...ht_1688wt_1037

I bought one about six weeks ago and they were going for around $54-57 plus shipping. I wish i had bought some spares when they were $49.99 at Target.
