Hi

Is it possible in calibre to make all type in a novel the same size? Occasionally passages use a lot smaller font and my eyes are getting old, it's a pain increasing the font size up and down in my ebook reader.

My solution for for my old eyes, is for books where the font seems too small in calibre's viewer I convert the epub to epub and in the Conversion settings pop up I adjust the following.

Look & Feel
Fonts tab
Uncheck Disable font size rescaling
Base font size: 15.0 pt
Font size key: 14, 14, 15, 15, 17, 17, 24, 36

This seems to work fine for me. Most of the time (90%) I don't do this, but for those books where the font is just too small I find that this works well.

This works in Calibre viewer, passages of smaller type are the same size as the rest of the book. Oddly when I send the book to my ebook reader, the smaller text is the same font size as the original.

Any other ideas would be most welcome.

Sorted, I selected "embedded all fonts in document" option and the smallest font are far larger. Not exactly sure if this was the solution, sort of tick box and hope, and it work, much to the relief of my eyeballs.
